Reporting a wrong figure
Say which calculator, the figures you entered (a salary, a pension rate, a tax code), what the page showed and what your payslip or HMRC letter shows instead. Please do not send the payslip itself or anything with your National Insurance number on it; the figures are enough.
What we cannot help with
Your own tax affairs. We do not give advice and cannot see your HMRC record. For a tax code you think is wrong, HMRC's tax code pages say how to ask for a change. For a student loan balance, the Student Loans Company.
